We'll Talk More About "+ Rigor"
Jeff Ulicny's (pronounced you-liss'-nee) post today got me to thinking. Quite a few people have asked about the apparent disconnect between our idea of increasing the rigor of Agile and yet simultaneously focusing more on the people aspect of Agile.
I intend to write a post this weekend to talk about this apparent disconnect. This will take quite a bit of time and thought to put into words, and will probably take some back-and-forth with us to have it make sense to our eventual readership.
